Downtown in December, presented by Devon, starts Friday and runs through Jan. 2. This series of holiday events and attractions features outdoor ice skating, a tree lighting festival, afternoon visits with Santa Claus, a festive holiday run, snow tubing, free water taxi excursions, performing arts, shopping, and parties.
